SERIES 2 RELEASE RECAP
This past weekend was the FFB Series 2 release party at Shogun! C'mon, let's check out the madness!
First things first, as promised, my man Terrance FINALLY received his Series 2 box set! (Read how he earned it here) Terrance was the first to show up at Shogun to insure that he got his ticket to purchase the HYPER limited FFB x Shogun exclusive shirt.
Here's the ticket I'm talking about. Matt (below) came early too to insure of him getting his hands on one. Matt wasn't just hyped up to get the FFB x Shogun exclusive, but also for the Pac-man fight scheduled for later that night! PINOY PEEPS STAND UP! WHAT!
Two of the coolest FFB regulars - Tom and Duane. These two seriously stayed from open to close! Between us, it seemed like we talked about EVERYTHING. From FFB ideas, food, work, metabolism, shoes, dogs, New York City, monsters, Christmas gifts to Japan....like I said, EVERYTHING!
Big Stan may look a bit down, but deep down inside he's real excited that he's insured a FFB x Shogun shirt.
Asides from FFB Series 2 and FFB x Shogun shirts being ready, so was Niro. Niro's duty for the day - BLOW THE ROOF OFF SHOGUN! In which he did!
My good friends Peter and Bev of Sugarlush Cupcakes made these EXTRAORDINARY cupcakes for the event. Not only did they look awesome, but they taste awesome too! A BIG THANKS to Sugarlush! Go order some cupcakes from them NOW! THE Fur Face Boy demands of it!
I brought a few FORT WORTH ONLY Fur Face Boy shirts to giveaway. I thought it would be a good idea since TCU (which is right next door to Shogun) was hosting Utah. What better way to show your Horned Frog pride than with the Forth Worth FFB!

It was an absolute perfect day outside! Not only was Shogun starting to pile in a crowd, but so was University Drive, due to the football game. The foot traffic was INCREDIBLE! It was starting to get pretty tough fending off the the hoards of people taking advantage of the free pizza, wings and drinks that we were giving away.
It's ALWAYS a good feeling to see family and close friends on hand to show support!
My homies - Grfwks, Peeeeks and Jabee! I did a Q&A with Grfwks a month back, check it out and the rest of his site here. Peeeeks is a video vixen. Look for her in a music video with silver booty shorts on sometime in the future. As for Jabee, download his album, Must Be Nice HERE! It's badass! Jabee, I'm thinking you need to rock some FFB in your next video, email me so we can get that going!

We released the FFB x Shogun collab at about 3pm. The line inside Shogun was pretty crazy. The shirt sold out within 30 minutes.

My man, Steve Happel made sure to get his. Steve's a real cool dude and has been a FFB fan since day 1! Not only is he a FFB fan, but he's also a huge Spider-Man fan too! We talked for a good 20 minutes or so about Spider-Man and the horrendous "Brand New Day" storyline. Mysterio? Mind wipe? WHAT?! WHY?! Ugh.

Below is FFB super fan Ericka, aka #1. Ericka owns every single FFB shirt! She also managed to get her hands on the super special / promo use only FFB box set! The good folks at Centre let her have the one I sent them after they found out how huge of a fan she is. I had a great time talking to Ericka. I just met her, but it seemed like I knew her all my life because she religiously reads this blog and knew EVERYTHING about FFB! VERY COOL! Not only do I think Ericka's cool cause she's a true FFB fan, but also because everytime Ericka gets a new FFB shirt, she ALWAYS takes a picture of herself with the shirt on holding a badass pair of Jordan's that match the shirt! I can't get enough of the pics! Keep 'em coming Ericka!
You guys remember Ronald? He's back!
This is Bryan. Bryan was my best friend back in the 1st grade. We used to trade Ninja Turtles back in the day. Don't you remember, Scumbug for the plunger cannon? Anyways, Bryan moved and I never heard from him again until just recently. Now I see him every now and then and it's pretty cool. If you don't believe that I knew Bryan back in the day, then just visit the RANDOM link.
This is my good friend Tran. I've known Tran since the 7th grade when she wore glasses and Polo shirts that were tucked into her stone washed hip-hugger jeans. As Tran was making her purchase we reminisced about the good times we had in Jr. high and High School. And of course, talking shit about all the assholes we went to school with. Anyways, it's great to see friends showing love and supporting my brand.
This is Chris. I knew Chris back in Jr. High too. Chris used to have that popular Asian hairstyle that was parted right in the middle with the bangs being real long and oh yea, it was dyed red! Haha...nowadays Chris lives in Kansas. He was in town and was cool enough to drop by to show support! Thanks Chris! Tell your sister I said "Hi."
I knew this guy in Jr. High too...nah, just kidding. I actually went to college with this guy...nah, just kidding, again. This guy is actually one of my co-workers at my day job. He works with me doing...haha, just kidding agin.
FFB super fan Brandon was in the house for the release party, not only with sister Chelsea and dad again, but this time with his Mom and brother too! The Mitchell's are a fun family! We talked about school, beer, cruises, continents and I was even invited over for Christmas dinner and a gift exchange at the Mitchell's house this year! WOW! I'm not sure how busy my schedule will be, but it's pretty damn flattering to be invited over for Christmas! Let's hear it for the Mitchells! HOORAY MITCHELLS!

Unkommon Kolor are my dudes! (and dudettes) Me and Unkommon Kolor got to talking and the discussions got VERY INTERESTING, so watch out cause we might have something up our sleeves. BWAH-HAHAhahahahHah!
The Centre crew came out to show the love! Look for Centre to carry FFB Series 2 sometime this week!

These kids are from the Kid's Icon. The Kid's Icon are an ambitious group of kids that specialize in leather bags. They're BIG FFB fans and wanted my opinion on some of their pieces they brought to show me. I was pretty impressed, not only because of their product but also because they're 19! I've said this before and I'll say it again, since I've stared FFB I've met a ton of kids already wanting to start their own business. I find this to be so amazing because when I was in my teens the last thing on my mind was starting a business. Big props to you guys, Kid's Icon. Keep doing your thing and don't let ANYONE tell you otherwise.

A HUMUNGOUS THANKS to Shogun and all the FFB fans, my friends and my family who came out to show the love and the support. It was a VERY SUCCESSFUL day! Without you guys, there's NO WAY I could strive to keep doing this. So again, THANK YOU!
